New Drug Policy forms went home with students today – please return by Wed (8/20/08)

   If the policy is not turned in – the student will sit out from activity for 18 weeks

 

Uniforms – if your student’s uniform was sent home for hemming – please return asap

 

Patches & DVD - I have picked up the patches and I am almost finished with the DVD

 

Volunteers

            Concessions (ordering, set-up and clean-up)

            Parents & students over 16 may work the concessions

            If no one steps up to the plate to help with ordering/stocking – Mr. Morrison and

            Mr. Pitts may have to take on this job – PLEASE  we need your help!!!!

 

            Games (set-up and clean-up)

                        Away – water, ice

                        Home – water, ice, cookies

                        Ice – has been donated by the Bewley Family for games/contests

 

            Contests (set-up and clean-up)

                                    Lunch after practice @ school

Dinner on the lawn @ Mr. M’s house

                                    Assign items to bring by grade

                                    Water jugs by the Bewley Family

            Raffle – Gas Cards ($200, $150, $100 and $50)

                        We need donations

                        Potentially get “Visa” cards from local bank

 

            Pecans – Nov 1 – more information asap
